Systel's judgement at every step. A sensor in between.
One integrated programme: a feasibility visit, a digitization project with its baseline, a first year of monitoring and quarterly reviews included, and an annual performance programme after that. At each stage the instrument does the measuring and the Systel Audit Archive does the judging — applied by our team, logged in your account.
Feasibility visit
On the owner's invitation, a Systel team, working from the archive of comparable plants, walks the plant with the plant head: compressors, dryers, headers, the big consumers. Half a day is enough to say what can be instrumented, where the losses are likely, and what a realistic savings range looks like. Bill of quantities, equipment cost and project value are frozen here.
Digitization project and baseline
WiseAir flow, pressure, dew-point and power sensors go on every compressor, dryer and main line — hot-tap installation on live pipes, no shutdown, data streaming within about an hour of commissioning, with Modbus, 4-20 mA and BACnet outputs for your SCADA or BMS. In parallel, the baseline: live sensor data plus Systel's machine-level flow measurements on the floor. It appears on your dashboard and becomes the reference every later month is measured against.
Year one: monitoring and quarterly reviews
From commissioning, the owner and plant head receive the daily KPI email with Systel's note, and the dashboard on their phones. Alarms go to the plant. Monthly, a performance report. Every quarter, a Systel team returns: leak survey, individual machine flow measurements, and an updated action list with what each open item is costing.
Compressed Air Performance Programme — year two onwards
The record keeps running and so does the relationship. The annual programme continues the monitoring subscription and the four quarterly visits. Sensors stay calibrated and supported by the team that built them; the record of your plant — seasons, shifts, habits — stays in your account, whoever visits.
We measure and verify. Your team acts. You see the results.
An outside firm cannot push changes through the floor and middle management of someone else's factory. What it can do is give the owner the numbers to hold their own team accountable — every open item, with its cost per month, in the daily mail and the quarterly review.

Is your plant a fit?
Plants with compressed air in the top three of the electricity bill. A short call decides whether a feasibility visit makes sense.
